Creating a Greener School Environment

Fatih Foundation organized a plantation drive at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Khipro, bringing together Foundation volunteers to transform an open school plot into a greener and more welcoming space. The initiative aimed to improve the school environment while promoting the importance of trees and environmental responsibility.

Planting for a Greener Future

Volunteers planted more than 100 trees and over 400 saplings across a 12,000-square-foot plot within the school premises. The plantation was carried out with a focus on creating additional green cover and developing a healthier environment for students and the wider school community.

Growing Beyond the Plantation

The initiative was designed not only to add trees to the school grounds, but also to encourage a lasting culture of environmental care. The growing trees and saplings can contribute to a greener landscape while creating a more pleasant outdoor environment for students and staff.

Volunteers Taking Environmental Action

Through the active participation of Fatih Foundation volunteers, the plantation drive turned an open space into the foundation of a greener school environment. The activity reflects Fatih Foundation’s commitment to community-led environmental initiatives and a greener Pakistan.
