Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Khipro | Pakistan

Through the School Park Initiative, Fatih Foundation, in partnership with Falah e Daraine, transformed a 12,000-square-foot barren area at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Khipro, into a lush and welcoming green park for students.

From Barren Ground to Green Space

The unused land offered little value to students or the wider school environment. The initiative focused on transforming this neglected space into a greener area that could contribute to a healthier and more pleasant school setting.

A Park Designed for Students

The newly developed green space provides students with an environment where they can spend time outdoors, enjoy nature, and benefit from a more refreshing school atmosphere. It also adds meaningful recreational space within the school grounds.

Growing Beyond the Classroom

The project demonstrates how educational spaces can support both learning and wellbeing. By introducing greenery into the school environment, the initiative encourages students to appreciate nature and develop a stronger sense of environmental responsibility.
